ORD INANCE NO. 1905
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.40,
SECTION 14.40.050 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO SPEED LIMITS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.40, Section 14.40.050 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code, be, and the same is hereby, amended by
adding thereto Paragraph 9, reading as follows:
"SECTION 14.40.050 THIRTY MILES PER HOUR --
STREETS
119. GILBERT STREET, between Lincoln Avenue
and Crescent Avenue.rr
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once within
fifteen (15) days from and after its adoption in the Anaheim
Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published,
and circulated in the City of Anaheim, and thirty (30) days
from and after its final passage, it shall be in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 10th day of September , 1963.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 1905 was intro-
duced at a regular meeting of the City C.ouncil of the City of Ana-
heim head on the 3rd day of September, 1963, and that the same was
duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council
held on the 10th day of September, 1963, by the following vote of the
members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Chandler, Schutte, Krein and Coons
. NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMAN: Dutton
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim Approved and signed said Ordinance No. 1905 on the 10th
day of September, 1963.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the official seal of the City of Anaheim this 10th day
of September, 1963.
