AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 825 --
Series 1963-64 in Reclassification No. 63-64-1 ,
recommending an amendment of Title 18 of the Anaheim Munk pa
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as .prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearings and did recommend a change
or changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 13th day of
19 63 �, as the time, and the Council
Chamber in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place, for
a public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone or zones,
and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did.give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and'did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution (s) No. (s) 63R-682 finding
and determining that Title 18 of the An eim Mun cipa Code
should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion(s) ; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 63R-682
, certain conditions and. requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes
as follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of the Southwest quarter of the
Northeast quarter of Section 22, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan
Cajon de Santa Ana, City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, as said section
is shown on a map recorded in Book 51, page 10,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 10 of
Tract No. 2005, as shown on a map thereof re-
corded in Book 56, pages 43 and 44, Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County, and running
thence South 89° 56' 43" West along the South
line of said Lot 10, and its Westerly extension,
127.85 feet more or less, to the most Westerly
corner of the strip of land described in the
deed to Gaetane Chartier Abandonato, recorded
May 24, 1956 in Book 3523, page 366, Oficial
Records of said Orange County; thence South 35°
21' 53" East along the Southwesterly line of
said strip of land, 243.74 feet to an angle
point therein; thence continuing along said
Southwesterly line, South 40° 52' 20" East
17.01 feet to the most Southerly prolongation
of the Easterly line of said Lot 10 of Tract
No. 2005; thence North 6° 08' 26" West along
said Southerly prolongation, 210.89 feet to the
point of beginning.
now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon
the following conditions:
1. That subject property shall be developed sub-
stantially in accordance with plans on file
with the City of Anaheim marked "Exhibits Nos. 1
and 2"; provided, however, that the proposed
arages shall be relocated and increased to ten
10) feet in width.
2. That any unused property shall be properly
landscaped.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this

ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) dayys from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 27th day of August 1963.
