The meeting was called to order at 2:30 P. M. by Chairman Coons.

Correction to Minutes of November 17, !~4..Meeting
Mr. Alan Watts' name was inadvertently omitted from the list of those in attendance.
Also, Commissioner Hughes arrived after 8:00 P. M. rather than 7:30 P. M. as re-
ported. (Arrived after departure of City Council members and Mr. Jerry Teague. )

The report entitled, "Report on the R~turn in Dollars from Proposals Received from
Concessionaires for Anaheim Stadium on October 15, 1964, Revised November 18, 1964",
was received and filed with these Minutes.
Concession Contract
This entire meeting was devoted to the documentation of a confidential report on
the twelve Concession Contract proponents. Mrs. Dene Williams, Anaheim City Clerk,
took notes and will summarize the discussion bythe Commission and enumerate the
elimination and acceptance factors as given. Her report, together with the tape
of the meeting, will be available to the City Council for its information.
The meeting adjourned at 5:30 P. M. to ~, November~, 1964 in the Anaheim
City Hall, Council Chambers Conference Room.
