Concession Contract
Mr. Alan Watts presented a rough draft of the Concession Contract as requested
at the last meeting. After the Commission had reviewed and discussed the prom
posed contract, Mr. Watts was verbally instructed to make certain changes in
the two paragraphs concerning Management and Operation and Installation of
Equipment.
Following lengthy discussion of the actual selectees for the contract award,
Mr. Tallis stated he would submit some of the proponent brochures to Mro Robert
Reynolds, President of the Golden West Baseball Co., and Mr. Gene Autry, Chairman
of the Board, for their review and would attempt to have some response from the
Angel organization to submit to the Commission by Tuesday, November 24,~1964.
The meeting adjourned at 11:50 P. M. to the regular meeting day of Thursday,
November 19, 1964 at 1:30 P. Mo in the Anaheim City Hall, Council Chambers Con-
ference Room. At this meeting the Commission will commence documentation of
reasons for eliminating certain proponents who submitted bids for the Concession
Contract.
