The meeting was called to order by Chairman Coons.

Cedric Tallis, Business Manager, Los Angeles Angels
Concession Contract
Further discussion was held by the Commission on the Concession Contract pro=
portents and their bids° Since the Commissioners wish to study the~ contract before
making their recommendation to the City Council, Mr. Watts, Deputy City Attorney,
was requested to prepare the necessary paragraphs of the contract to assure
City and Lessee control of:
1. Operation and managements and
2o Approval of the type and quantity of installation of all concession
equipment~
A rough draft of these provisions to be delivered to the Commission members
for their review prior to the next meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 P. Mo to Tuesday, November 17, 1964 at
6:30 P. M. at the Disneyland Hotel.
