AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING.
THE, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT -.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 641-_
Series_ 1962-63 _ in Rec,assification No0 62-63-70
recommending an amendment of Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner a -rid as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received-
evidence
eceivedevidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
=, REAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearings and did recommend a change
or changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
finding3, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning ;ommnission, the City Clerk did fix the 26th day of
March 5, 19 63 , as the time, and t e -Council

a public, hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone or zones,
and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 1.8 of the Anaheim Manicipal Code, and
Id'I EKWAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider tete recommendations of the Cit Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution ,�s) No. (s) 63R_211 , finding
and determining that Title 18 of the An l eim Munici.pa Code
should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion;(s) a and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 63R-211
certain conditions and requirements were
as con itions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS-
SECTION
OLLOWS-.
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes
as follows-.

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
That portion of Lot 11 of the P. A. Stanton Tract, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 5, pages 23
and 24, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northwest
quarter of Section 19, in Township 4 South, Range 10
West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, said point
also being the center line intersection of Gilbert
Street and Cerritos Avenue; thence South 890 20' 50"
West 660.05 feet along the center line of said Cerritos
Avenue to the intersection of said center line with the
Southerly prolongation of the Easterly line of said
Lot 11; thence North 00 07' 51" West along the South-
erly prolongation and Easterly line of said Lot 11,
40.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
South 890 20' 50" West 106.89 feet parallel to the
center line of said Cerritos Avenue to a tangent
curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius of
13.00 feet, said point of tangency being a point on
the Easterly line of Garza Street, as shown on a map
of Tract No. 2653 recorded in Book 86, pages 47 to 49
inclusive, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County; thence Northwesterly along said curve through
a central angle of 900 31' 19" a distance of 20.54
feet; thence North 00 07' 51" -West 112.97 feet along
the Easterly line of said Garza Street to the South-
westerly corner of Lot 89 as shown on said map of Tract
No. 2653; thence North 890 52' 09" East 120.00 feet to
the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 89; thence South
00 07' 51" East 125.00 feet to the true point of begin-
ning;
now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -.AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in R-1, ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City :Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or -zones as above set forth, and said
City .Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and

duced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Ana-
heim held on the 30th day of July, 1963, and that the same was
duly passed and adopted at a regular_ meeting of said City Council
held on the 6th day of August, 1963, by the following vote of the
members thereof:

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
