AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 688
Series 1962-63 in Reclassification No. 62-63-88 ,
recommending an amendment of Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as .prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearings and did recommend a change
or changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 23rd day of
April 19 63 as the time, and the Council
Chamber in -t the City Ha33-5T—the City of Anaheim as the place, for
a public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone or zones,
and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did.give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and'did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the Cityy Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution (s) No. (s) 63R-333 finding
and determining that Title li of the Anaheim Municipa Code
should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion(s); and.
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s)
63R-333 , certain conditions and requirements were macre
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes
as follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
That
portion of Lot 1 of Miles Rancho, as shown on
a map thereof recorded in book 4, page 7 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of Romneya
Drive, as shown on said map, distant thereon
North 890 39' 40" East 105.06 feet from the inter-
section of said center line with the center line
of West Street as shown on said map, and running
thence North 0� 20' 20" West 132 feet; thence
South 890 39' 40" West, parallel with the center
line of Romneya Drive, 72 feet to the East boundary
of Tract No. 2624, as shown on a map thereof recorded
in book 84, pages 31 and 32, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County; thence
South 00 20' 20 " East along said East boundary, 132
feet to the center line of Romneya Drive; thence
North 890 39' 40" East, along said center line
72 feet to the point of beginning;
now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it
to and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
upon the following condition::
That the owner of subject property shall
pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of
$25.00 per dwelling unit, to be used for
park and recreation purposes, said amount
to be paid at the time the building permit
is issued.
SECTION 2.

The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.

heim held on the 9th day of July, 1963, and that the same was
duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council
held on the 16th day of July, 1963, by the following vote of the
members thereof:

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
