1867i ORDINANCE NO. 1867 AN ORDINANCE OF THE C1TY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHri MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO 20NING� THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI—i,-(:,OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No, x_17-- 19" 6� in Reclassification No. 62-63-11 , recoTw' ending an amendment of Title 18 of the aheim unicipa Code.and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a public -hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said Title 1a of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change ®r changes of zone or ?ones, and after x:ng received evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make findings and summaries of its hearings and did recommend a change or changes of -zone or zones as set fo-rth fr. said resolution; and WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of findings, summary of evidence and. recommendation: of the City Plagn`ing Commission, the City Clerk did fix the Lth day of 19, 62 , as the time, and the Councrl -Chamber in the City Hall of thea ity of Anaheim as the place, for a public hearing.upon said proposed amendment to Title 13 of the Anaheim Municipal Code,and change or changes of zone or zones, and did" give.notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said publ-ic hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public-,:aring' and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be ?bear. and 'did receive evidence and reports, and .did thereupon consider,the recommendation of the City Planning Commission, and d4d adopt. 'Resolution (s) No, (s) � 62R -8o5 �, finding. - and ,deteimining that Title 18 of the Anaheim municipal Code should. Dp attended and that a -change or changes in -the boundaries of said zoifec :or zones should be made as set forth in said resolution(s); and 'WEEREAS, in -Accordance with said Resolution ( s) 62R-805 �oi 5, certain conditions and requirements were aa ee as con& -tions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones; and V4!_A';- E,4S, all conditions precedent to said chane or changes of zone or zones have been complied w -i th; -I - 62-63-11 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such.change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: Parcel 1: The west half of the south hall' of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section 27, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, city of Anaheim, county of Orange, state of California, as said section is shown on a map recorded.in book 51 page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the county recorder of said county. EXCEPT that portion thereof lying west of a line which is parallel with the east line of said section and which will intersect the south line of said northeast quarter at a port westerly 1,320.00 feet, measured along said south line frorn`,the east line of said section. Parcel ,,2: That portion of the south half of the south hal: of the northeast quarter of section 27, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, city of Anaheim, county of Orange, state of California, as said section is shown on a map recorded in book 51 page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the county recorder of said count, described as follows: Beginning at an old stone monument set by H. Clay Kellogg, in the year 1912, on the south line of said northeast quarter, being also the center line of Orangewood Avenue, West 667.00 feet from an old 211 by 411 redwood stake monument at the south- east corner of said northeast quarter; thence South 890 331 4511 Wiest 670.90 feet along said center line to an old stake and stone monument set by said H. Clay Kellogg; thence north. 0° 50 4511 West 660.28 feet to the north line of said south half of the south half of the northeast .quarter of section 27; thence North 890 34.1 5511 East 668.23 feet along said north line; thence south 1" 101 loll West 660.04 feet to the point of beginning. EXCEPT that portion thereof lying east of a line which is parallel with the east line of said section and which will intersect the south line of said northeast quarter at a point westerly 1,320.00 feet, measured along said south line from the east line of said section. now is R -A. RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions: 1. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per dwelling unit, to be used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the building permits are issued. 2. That adequate areas for trash storage, accessible to trash -truck pickup, shall be provided as determined and required by the Street Maintenance and Sanitation - 2 - Division of the Public Works Department, which areas shall be enclosed by a solid fence or wall prior to final building inspection. 3. That fire hydrants, as determined necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department to provide adequate fire protection, shall be installed prior to final building inspection. That access drives to subject property shall be a minimum width of 21 feet, with adequate angle cutoffs, or a minimum width of 28 feet if no cutoffs are pro- vided, and, in all cases, shall have a minimum vertical clearance of 14 feet. That a 6 -foot masonry wall shall be constructed along the northerly property line. 6. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans marked "Exhibits Nos. 1, 2 revised, and 31' on file with the City of Anaheim, EXCEPT that other than composition roofs shall be provided. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluder from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
