ORDINANCE NO. 1866
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.32 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
CODE, RELATING TO PARKING, BY AMENDING SECTION
14.32.190 THEREOF AND BY ADDING THERETO SECTION
14.32.150.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.32, Section 14.32.190 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended
by adding thereto Paragraph 28, reading as follows:
"SECTION 14.32.1.90 NO PARKING AT ANY TIME --
STREETS DESIGNATED.
"28. Santa Ana Street, on both sides, from
Harbor Boulevard to Janss Street."
SECTION 2.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.32 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by adding thereto
Section 14.32.150 reading as follows:
"SECTION 14.32.150 PARKING RESTRICTED --9:00 A.M.
TO 6:00 P.M., SUNDAYS EXCEPTED --
STREETS DESIGNATED.
"It shall be unlawful between the hours of 9:00 A.M.
and 6:00 P.M. of any day, Sundays excepted, to park
or leave parked any vehicle upon any of the following
designated portions of City streets, and the Chief
of Police is authorized and directed to post immedi-
ately and maintain along said portions of City
streets appropriate signs designating said parking
restrictions:
1. Harbor Boulevard, on the west side, from
Broadway to Santa Ana Street.
2. Broadway, on the south side, from Harbor
Boulevard v7esterly 600 feet."
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 2nd day of July _,-.963.

a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim, held on
the 25th day of June 1963, and that the same was duly passed and adopted
at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 2nd day of July,
1963, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Chandler, Schutte, Krein and Coons
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 1866 on the 2nd day of July, 1963.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
the official seal of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day of July, 1963.
