• AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.40; SECTIONS 14.40.065,
AND 14.40.070 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO SPEED LIMITS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.40, Section 14.40.065 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended
by adding thereto Paragraph 2, reading as follows:
"SECTION 14.40.065 FORTY MILES PER HOUR --
STREETS
"2. Ball Road, from Los Angeles Street to
State College Boulevard."
SECTION 2.
That Title 14, Chapter 14.40, Section 14.40.070 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended
by adding thereto Paragraph 5 reading as follows:
"SECTION 14.40.070 FORTY-FIVE MILES PER HOUR
STREETS.
"5. Miller Street, from Orangethorpe Avenue
to Anaheim Road."
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once within
fifteen (15) days from and after its adoption in the Anaheim
Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published
and circulated in the City of Anaheim, and thirty (30) days from
and after its final passage, it shall be in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 28th day of May 1963.
