1849ORDINANCE NO. 1849 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1837 IN RECLASSIFICATION PRO- CEEDI14GS NO. 61-62-82. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did on April 23, 1963 adopt Ordinance No. 1837 in Reclassification Proceedings No. 61-62-82 amending Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to zoning and changing the property and area therein described from R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE to R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions set forth in said ordinance; and WHEREAS, Condition No. 1 of said ordinance reads as follows: "1. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans marked 'Exhibits 1 and 21 on file with the City of Anaheim; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that revised elevation plans shall be submitted to and approved by the Building and Planning Depart- ments; and PROVIDED FURTHER that City of Anaheim R-3 Deed Restrictions, approved by the City Attorney, shall be placed of record limiting the height of all buildings construc- ted on subject property to one story." AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Condition No. 1 of Ordinance No. 1837 should be amended by deleting therefrom the requirement that the R-3 Deed Restrict- ions limit the height of all buildings constructed on subject property to one story. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS; SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1837 in Reclassification Pro-. ceedings No. 61-62-82 be, and the same is hereby amended by amending Condition No. 1 thereof to read as follows: "1. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans marked 'Exhibits 1 and 21on file with the City of Anaheim; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that revised elevation plans shall be submitted to and approved by the Building and Planning Depart- ments; and PROVIDED FURTHER that City of Anaheim R-3 Deed Restrictions, approved by the City Attorney, shall be placed of record." SECT ION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, -1- 61-62-82 9- a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
