AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT-.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 17o,
SERIES 1261-62 in Reclassification No. 61-62-5LL 31
recommending an amendment of Title 18 or the Anaheim Municipal
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon In the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein,, and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make findings
and summaries of Its hearings and did recommend a change or changes
of zone or zones as set forth In said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 9th day of
January , 19—L2--, as the time, and the Council Chamber
in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place, for a
public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone or zones,
and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided In
said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hearing
and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be
heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did thereupon
consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission, and
did adopt Resolution (s) No. (s) 62R-28 , finding
and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code should
be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries of said
zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolution(s),-
and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s)
62R-28 —, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones,, and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with,,

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Is That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes
as follows
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as fol.1ows,
to wit:
That portion of the Southwest quarter of the South-
west quarter of Section 5, in Township 4 South,
Range 10 rest, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown
on a map thereof recorded in book 51, page 10,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County,
described as follows;
The Southerly 281.00 feet of the following.
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 157 of
Tract No. 2093, as shown on a map thereof recorded
in book 76, pages 45 to 48 inelusive,.Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County; thence South
00 21t 35" East 640 feet to the South line of said
Section 5; thence North 890 461 2011 East along said
South line 255.73 feet to the Southerly prolongation
of the Westerly line of Lot 1 of said Tract No.
2093; thence North 0° 21t 35" West 640 feet to the
Southeast corner of .Lot 159 of said Tract No. 2093;
thence South 890 46, 20" West 255.73 feet to the
point of beginning.-

now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be
changed to and incorporated in C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL
ZONE, subject to the following conditions:
1. That subject property shall be developed
substanthily in accordance with plans marked
"Exhibits 1 and 2" on file with the City of
Anaheim.
2. That tree wells shall be installed in the parkway
portion of subject property abutting La Palma
,Avenue; that a strip of land 6 feet in width
abutting the front property line shall be land-
scaped and said landscaping maintained, and that
pians for said landscaping shall be submitted
to and approved by the Superintendent of Parkway
Maintenance of the City of ,Anaheim. That said
landscaping shall be installed prior to final
building inspection.
3. That adequate areas for trash storage and pickup
shall be provided as determined by the Director of
it Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, which
areas shall be enclosed by a solid fence or wall.

SECTION 2,
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3,
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within.
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and.
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and.after
Its final passage it shall take effect and be in full forced
