THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARAHEIS?! DOES GIRDAIN AS
SECTION 1.
That Title 18, Chapter 15.12, Section 18.12.030, Sub-
section (4) of the ,",n.aheim Municipal Code be, and the same is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 15.12.030 RULES FO1,1 INTERPRETATION.
(4) All property, which for any reason is not desig-
nated on the Zoning Map as being classified in
any of the zones established by Section 13.12.010,
shall be classified. in the `11-2-,,,, 1aesidentia.l-
^,.gricult ural, Zone. On and. after the 25th day
of April, 1963, upon annexation Lo, or consolida-
tion with, the City of n,-he7_ra of any property,
the Planning Conunission of the City of _'naheim
shall nvestiga-e end. determine the ex__st=_n;
County zoning which has been a, -;.)plied -to said. pr0p-
er_17 while it was in the u__is��_ction of the
County, and shall determine those zones in the
City of Anaheim which most closely approximate
the County zoning which applied to said. proper=y,
and shall report the -5_r findings to the City Counc?.l

proceedings and the adoption of the ordinance
