ORDINANCE NO. 1823
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.40,
SECTION 14.40.060 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO SPEED LIMITS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION.J.
That Title 14, chapter 14.40, Section 14.40.060 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended
by adding thereto Paragraph 17 reading as follows:
"SECTION 14-40.060 THIRTY-FIVE MILES PER HOUR --
STREETS.
"17. Haster Street, between Katella Avenue and the
south.1city limits."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once within
fifteen (15) days from and after its adoption in the Anaheim
Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published
and circulated in the City of Anaheim, and thirty (30) days from
and after its final passage, it shall be in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 19th day of March, 1963.

duced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Ana-
heim held on the 12th day of March, 1963, and that the same was
duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council
held on the 19th day of March, 1963, by the following vote of the
members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Chandler, Schutte, Krein and Coons
NOES: COUNCILMEN:None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said ordinance No. 1823 on the 19th
day of March, 1963.
