ORDINANCE NO. 1820
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1798 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS
NO. 62-63-36,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on January 8, 1963,
adopt Ordinance No. 1798 in Reclassification Proceedings No.
62-63-36 changing the property or area therein described from
R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE and C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -
COMMERCIAL ZONE to R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE,
subject to certain conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence or oversight only a
portion of the area described in the petition for reclassifi-
cation, and on which said reclassification proceedings were
conducted, was described in said Ordinance No. 1798; and
WHEREAS, it was the intention of the City Council
to reclassify all of the property or area described in the
petition for reclassification and on which said proceedings
for a change of zone were conducted.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 1798 in Reclassification Proceedings
No. 62-63-36 be, and the same is hereby amended by correcting
the description of the property or area described therein to
read as follows:
Parcel 1.
The West 3 acres of the East hal
half of the Southwest quarter of

in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a map
recorded in book 51, page 7 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the South 303.00 feet.

The North 235.52 feet of that portion of the
South half of the Southwest quarter of the

South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,

California, lying Westerly of the following

EXCEPTING THEREFROM the West 399.00 feet.
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.

duced at aregular meeting of the City Council of the City of Ana-
heim held on the 26th day of February, 1963, and that the same was
duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council
held on the 5th day of March, 1963, by the following vote of the mem-
bers thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Chandler, Schutte, Krein and Coons
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 1820 on the 5th
day of March, 1963.
