1761ORDINANCE NO. 1161
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1750 IN RECLASSIFICATION
PROCEEDINGS N0. 61-62-69 (1).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did on September 11, 1962
adopt Ordinance No. -1750 in Reclassification Proceedings No. 61-
62-69(1) amending Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to zoning, and changing the property therein described from R -A,
Residential -Agricultural. Zone to M-1, Light -Manufacturing Zone
and P -L, Parking -Landscaping Zone, as more particularly set forth
in said ordinance; and
hHEREAS, the City Council finds that Parcel 2 of the
property described in said ordinance was erroneously described,
and that said Ordinance No. 1750 should, therefore, be amended
by correcting the description of Parcel No. 2.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF A.NAHEIN
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 1750, adopted September 11, 1962 in
Reclassification Proceedings No. 61-62-69(1), be, and the same is
hereby amended by correcting the description of Parcel No. 2 of
the property described therein to read as follows:
TAPC :L. 2:
That portion of Lot 20 of BlocR K of the Kraemer Tract,
as shown on a map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 08
of Miscellaneous Records in the office of the Count}
Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, described
as follows:
Beginning at the most Easterly corner of said Lot 20;
thence South. 31a 41r 30" West along the Southeasterly
line thereof and the Northwesterly line of Lots 9 and
10 of Orange Grove Acres, as shown on a hap of Survey
recorded in Book 5, page 41 of Record of Surveys in
the office of the County Recorder of said County a
distance of l,t,.35M feet; thence North 140 12x 17''
West 961.64 feet to a point in the Northerly line of
said Lot 20, being the center line of La Palma Avenue,
distant thereon South;. 730 441 00" lest 1,039.8 _feet
f turn said point of beginning; thence forth 730
East 1,039.85 feet to the point of beginning.''
SECTION 2:
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheir Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed., published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
