RESOLUTION NO. 89R -345 - A
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO. 60 -61 -77
AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NOS. 6981 AND 7039
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Reclassification No.
60 -61 -77 on June 13, 1961 and amended on July 11, 1961, by
Resolution Nos. 6981 and 7039 respectively; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Reclassification for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Reclassification No. 60 -61 -77 be, and the same is hereby,
terminated and that Resolution Nos. 6981 and 7039 be declared null
and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 1st day of August, 1989.
