INVESTMENT ACT TITLE I MASTER SUBGRANT
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAItEIM AN'D
THE STATE OF CALIFOILNIA FOR THE TERM OF APRIL
1, 2003 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2005
WHEREAS, the City of duaaheim (the "City") has been designated by the Governor of theo,a,.¢,"~ ~ -'
of Cal. itbrnia as a Local Workforce investment ?d-ea tinder the Workforce Lnvestment Act
"WL~"); and
WHEREAS, the City is entitled to receive certain funds under the WIA; and
WHEREAS, the State of Cal!Lfornia requires the approval of a subgrant agreement in order fbr
