A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING
CLASSIFICATIONS AND RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS
ASSIGNED TO THE INTERNATIONAL
BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS,
LOCAL 47
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated August 14, 2018, that the need exists to create certain classifications within the
International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47, effective the pay period beginning
August 24, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the creation
of such classifications within the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47, is in
the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that effective the pay period beginning August 24, 2018, the basic compensation plan
for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the
future be employed in the classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary
schedule:

Electric Field & Operations 08-09 $63.42 - $65.96 124% x Line Mechanic
Foreman
Water Field & Operations 08-09 $42.75 - $44.46 130% x Maintenance
Foreman Pipefitter
SECTION 2.
Except as amended herein, classifications assigned to the International
Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47 unit, shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The effective date of said amendment to classifications assigned to the
International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47, as amended, is August 24, 2018.
SECTION 4
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 1 4th day of August , 2018 by the following roll
call vote:
