A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 97R-101 WHICH ESTABLISHED
RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS NON-REPRESENTED PART-TIME
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
June 10, 2003, that Resolution No. 97R-101 be amended in the manner set forth, effective June
20, 2003; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned
amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 97R-101 which
established rates of compensation for job classifications designated as Non-Represented Part-
Time.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as follows:
That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 97R-101 be amended by adding the following
classification and allocating it to the salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master
as shown:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to Resolution
No. 97R-101 is June 20, 2003.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No.
97R-101 shall remain in full force and effect.
