A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2001R-57 WHICH ESTABLISHED
RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
CONFIDENTIAL
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
June 10, 2003, that Resolution No. 2001R-57 be amended in the manner set forth, effective
June 20, 2003; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned
amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2001R-57,
which established rates of compensation for job classifications designated as Confidential.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
Section 1 of Resolution No. 2001R-57 be amended as follows:
1. That the following classifications be added to Section 1 of Resolution No. 2001R-57:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to Resolution
No. 2001R-57 is June 20, 2003.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, Resolution No.
2001 R-57 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
