RESOLUTION NO. 89R-~~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 89R-366 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
PROFESSIONAL
WHEREAS. the Human Resources Director has recommended in a
staff report dated September 5. 1989. that the classification of
Assistant City Attorney - Redevelopment be created effective
September 29. 1989; and
WHEREAS. as a result thereof. the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 89R-366 which established rates of compensation for
classifications designated as Professional; and
WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that creating the classification of Assistant City Attorney
Redevelopment is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim as follows:
That. Section 2 of Resolution No. 89R-366 be amended by
adding the following classification:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said
amendment to Resolution No. 89R-366 is September 29. 1989.
AND. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein.
Resolution No. 89R-366 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 12th day of September. 1989.
