RESOLUTION NO. 89R-379
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
88R-397, NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on November 1, 1988, adopt
Resolution No. 88R-397 relating to the zoning reclassification of
portions of certain property within the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, an
incomplete legal description of the property was stated in said
resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires, and public interest
and general welfare requires, that said error be corrected, nunc
pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No.
88R-397, be, and it is hereby, amended, nunc pro tunc, by amending
the legal description of that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to read as
follows, to wit:
TRACT NO. 158, MAP OF THE ELK PARK TRACT, BLOCK A, LOTS 16, 17 AND
18 AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 4 OF DEEDS PAGES 629 AND 630
RECORDS OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
HEIMANN & GEORGE'S ADDITION, BLOCK F, LOTS 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 77,
78, 81, 82, 83 AND 84 AS RECORDED IN BOOK 2 PAGE 249 MISCELLANEOUS
RECORDS OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
Except as expressly amended herein, Resolution No.
88R-397 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 12th day of September, 1989.
