RESOLUTION NO. 89R-394
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT NO. 1714 AS GRANTED BY RESOLUTION
77R-57l.
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No.
77R-57l which resolution did grant CUP No. 1714; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the property subject to CUP No.
1714 has requested rezoning of the property and termination of CUP
No. 1714.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby terminate CUP NO. 1714 and rescind
Resolution No. 77R-57l.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of Anaheim this 26th day of September, 1989.
