RESOLUTION NO. 89R-397
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 89R-366 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
PROFESSIONAL
WHEREAS. the Human Resources Director has recommended in a
staff report dated September 26. 1989. that the classifications of
Data Systems Project Coordinator. Deputy City Attorney III-Civil,
Deputy City Attorney III-Prosecution and Problem Management
Coordinator be deleted and that the classifications of Booking
Coordinator. Management Assistant. Meeting Room Coordinator and
Procedures Development and Training Specialist be created. effective
September 29, 1989; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 89R-366 which established rates of compensation for
classifications designated as Professional; and
WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that deleting the classifications of Data Systems Project
Coordinator, Deputy City Attorney III-Civil. Deputy City Attorney
III-Prosecution and Problem Management Coordinator and creating the
classifications of Booking Coordinator. Management Assistant.
Meeting Room Coordinator and Procedures Development and Training
Specialist is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim as follows:
1. That. Section 2 of Resolution No. 89R-366 be amended by
deleting the following classifications:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said
amendment to Resolution No. 89R-366 is September 29. 1989.
AND. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein.
Resolution No. 89R-366 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this3Fd day of October, 1989.
