RESOLUTION NO. 89R-400
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 89R-365 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
SUPERVISORY
WHEREAS. the Human Resources Director has recommended in a
staff report dated September 26. 1989. that upgrade be added to the
classifications of Crime Statistics Supervisor and Support Services
Supervisor. effective September 29. 1989; and
WHEREAS. as a result thereof. the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 89R-365 which established rates of compensation for
classifications designated as Supervisory; and
WHEREAS. the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that adding upgrade to the classifications of Crime Statistics
Supervisor and Support Services Supervisor is in the best interests
of the City of Anaheim.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim as follows:
That. Section 2 of Resolution No. 89R-365 be amended by
adding upgrade to the following classification:
Classification
Salary Range
Crime Statistics Supervisor
Support Services Supervisor
XU CR09
XU CR06
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said
amendment to Resolution No. 89R-365 is September 29. 1989.
AND. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein.
Resolution No. 89R-365 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 3rdday of October, 1989.
