RESOLUTION NO. 89R -401
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 89R-003
NUNC PRO TUNC
WHEREAS on January 6, 1989, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
adopted Resolution No. 89R-003 and through inadvertance and error the salary
schedule for the classification of Police Communications Supervisor was
omitted for the year 1989; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it is in the best interests of the
City of Anaheim to amend Resolution No. 89R-003 nunc pro tunc, to reflect the
true intent of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Resolution No. 89R-003 is hereby amended nunc pro tunc to reflect
the following:
That effective October 13, 1989 through October 11, 1990, the basic
compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who
are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classification
listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedules in the
Salary Schedule Master:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except to the extent amended herein,
