RESOLUTION NO. 89R- 402
A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE SALE OF CERTIFICATES OF PARTICIPATION
TO BE EXECUTED AND DELIVERED IN CONNECTION WITH THE
REFINANCING OF CERTAIN PARKING FACILITIES
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, California (the "City"), as
follows:
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution heretofore adopted by this Council, notice of
sale of certificates of participation evidencing direct, undivided fractional interests of the
owners thereof in sublease payments to be made by the City under a sublease
agreement with the Anaheim Public Improvement Corporation in connection with the
refinancing of certain parking facilities (the "Certificates") has been duly given and bids
for the purchase of the Certificates have been received and publicly opened, examined
and declared and referred to this City Council:
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby ORDERED, as follows:
Section 1. All written bids received for the purchase of the Certificates excepting
the bid of Bank of America , be, and they are hereby, rejected, and
that the Certificates be, and they are hereby, sold to
Bank of America , said sale to be subject to all of the terms and
conditions set forth in the official notice of sale relating to the Certificates.
Section 2. The City Clerk be, and is hereby, directed to cause the Certificates to
be printed, signed, sealed and delivered to said bidders on receipt of the purchase price
therefor and upon performance of the conditions contained in the official notice of sale.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect upon its adoption by this City Council.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim this 3rd day of October, 1989.
