RESOL UT I ON NO. 89R-405
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING SUPPLEMENT
NO. 43 TO LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT
NO. 12-5055 AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID SUPPLEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has previously entered into
an agreement with the Department of Transportation of the State of
California, No. 12-5055, authorizing the use of Federal funds for
Federal-Aid projects; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to supplement the agreement to
allow the City of Anaheim to provide funds in the amount of
$201,000 towards the cost of reconstructing and rehabilitating and
resurfacing asphalt concrete pavement and replacing pavement
markers on Brookhurst Street between Lincoln Avenue and Orange
Avenue.
WHEREAS, Supplement No. 43 has been prepared by the
Department of Transportation, the terms and conditions whereof are
satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Supplement No. 43 to the Local Agency-State
Agreement No. 12-5055 be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute said supplement for and on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of Anaheim this 10th day of October
1989.
