RESOLUTION NO. 89R-435
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 89R-183, NUNC PRO TUNC.
(ABANDONMENT NO. 88-18A)
WHEREAS, the City Council did on May 16, 1989, adopt
Resolution No. 89R-183, which resolution did vacate a certain
slope easement adjacent to Short Street; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical neglect the
legal description contained in said resolution was incorrect.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the legal
description set forth in Resolution No. 89R-183 be amended,
nunc pro tunc, to read as follows:
That portion of Lot 4 in Block 34 of the Yorba Linda Tract,
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, as shown on a Map filed in Book 5, pages 17 and
18, of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Short
Street with the centerline of Kellog Drive, as said
intersection is shown on Tract No. 9587, as shown on Map
filed in Book 436, pages 11 and 12, of Miscellaneous Maps,
in the office of said County Recorder; thence along the
centerline of said Short Street N 55 degrees 00' 24" W,
255.55 feet, thence S 34 degrees 59' 36" W, 21.00 feet to a
point on a line parallel with and 21.00 feet Southwesterly
measured at right angles from the centerline of said Short
Street, said point also being the True Point of Beginning;
thence along said parallel line, S 55 degrees 00' 24" E,
188.23 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
Southwesterly, having a radius of 33.00 feet; thence
Southeasterly along said curve through a central angle of
75 degrees 36' 10", an arc distance of 43.54 feet to the
beginning of a reverse curve concave Southeasterly, having
a radius of 1042.12 feet; thence Southwesterly along said
reverse curve through a central angle of 0 degrees 14' 35",
an arc distance of 4.42 feet; thence N 27 degrees 56' 57"
W, 31.80 feet; thence N 60 degrees 50' 27" W, 198.08 feet;
thence N 41 degrees 40' 26" E, 34.98 feet to the True Point
of Beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is
authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of Anaheim this 28th day of November, 1989.
