A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEED CONVEYING TO
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES OR
INTERESTS THEREIN.
WHEREAS, certain deed described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference (hereinafter, "DEED"), has been presented to the City of Anaheim
(hereinafter, "CITY" or "City of Anaheim"); and
WHEREAS, the grantors, property interests conveyed, and locations of the
properties described in the DEED are set forth in Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREAS, the owners of those properties described in Exhibit "A" have offered
to convey to the CITY certain real property interests in connection with the Anaheim Resort
Specific Plan; and
WHEREAS, the CITY is acquiring certain real property interests granted therein
for public right-of-way purposes; and
WHEREAS, based on the foregoing, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby find and determine it is in the best interests of the CITY to accept the DEED.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
1. The DEED and the real property interests contained therein are hereby
accepted by the City Council.
2. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to cause the DEED to be recorded
in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 9th day of October , 2018, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Mayor Tait and Council Members Moreno, Murray, Vanderbilt,
Barnes, Kring, and Faessel
NOES: None
