RESOLUTION NO. 89R-450
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
89R-13l, NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on April 18, 1989, adopt
Resolution No. 89R-13l for a conditional use permit to permit
development of a commercial retail center upon of certain property
within the City of Anaheim (CUP No. 3111); and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, an
incorrect legal description of the property was stated in said
resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires, and public interest
and general welfare requires, that said error be corrected, nunc
pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No.
89R-13l, be, and it is hereby, amended, nunc pro tunc, by amending
the legal description of that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to read as
follows, to wit:
PARCEL 2 IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, AS PER MAP FILED IN BOOK 215, PAGES 43 AND 44 OF
PARCEL MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID
COUNTY.
Except as expressly amended herein, Resolution No.
89R-13l shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of Anaheim this 28th day of November, 1989.
