A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION 2018-124
NUNC PRO TUNC, RELATING TO VACATION OF
PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS LOCATED 3319 AND
3321 WEST LINCOLN AVENUE PURSUANT TO
CALIFORNIA STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE
SECTION 8330, ET SEQ. - SUMMARY VACATION.
(ABA2018-00378).
WHEREAS, on September 11, 2018, the City Council of the City of Anaheim adopted
Resolution No. 2018-124 relating to the vacation of certain public utility easements generally
located at 3319 and 3321 West Lincoln Avenue, in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, there was an incorrect deed
references within Resolution No. 2018-124; and
WHEREAS, by the adoption of this Resolution, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
desires to correct the deed reference, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that Resolution No. 2018-124 be, and the same is hereby amended, nunc pro tunc, by replacing
"an Assignment recorded January 2, 1975 in Book 11316, Page 1778 as Instrument Number 641
of Official Records of Orange County" with "an Assignment recorded January 2, 1975 in Book
11316, Page 1783 as Instrument Number 642 of Official Records of Orange County."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as expressly amended herein, the provisions
of Resolution No. 2018-124 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this 13 day of November , 2018, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Mayor Tait and Council Members Moreno, Murray,
Vanderbilt, Barnes, and Faessel
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Kring
ABSTAIN: None
