ARTICLE IX, .CHAPTER 2 OF THE1.. E.IM MUNICI�
PAL CODE RELATING TO THE ESTABL I SI NkENT OF
ZONES IN THE CITY. OF ANAHEIM AND THEREIN RE J-
LAfi ING THE USE OF LAND, HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS
AND YARD SPACES; ADOPTING A MAP SLOWING THE
BOUNDARIES OF SAID ZONES; DEFINING THE TERMS
USED THEREIN; PROVIDING FOR ADJUSTMENTS AMEND-
MENT AND 'WWORCOMTj PRESCRIBING PENALTIES
FOR VIOLATION AND REPF'ALING ALL SECTIONS OR
PARTS OF SECTIONS IN CONFLICT THEREWITH.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY, OF AXAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS-.
WHERFASg the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt a resolution declaring
its intention to change the boundarles of, the zone or zones herein-
after mentioned and described and did fix a tlme. and. place for the
holding of a public hearing .thereon In the manner, dnd.as prescribed
In Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and did
duly hold and conduct said public hearing ,to consider such proposed
change of zone or zones, and did receive evidence and reports from
persons interested therein, and did recommend a change or changes
of zones as set forth in Resolution No. 198 -'Series 1958-52
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission, the City Council did fix the

of zone, and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided
in said Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and -
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing the City Council did hold and conduct such public heir.ing
and did give all persons Interested therein an opportunity to be
heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did thereupon
consider the recommendations of the City Planning Commission, and
did thereupon adopt Resolution No.. 52� s

NOW; THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT`! OF XMEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS8.
SECTION 1..
That Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
establishing zones in the City of Anaheim and therein regulating
the use of land, height of buildings and yard spaces; adopting a
map showing the boundaries of said 'zone; defining the teams used
in said Article and Chapter; providing for amendment and enforce-
ment thereof; prescribing penalties for violation and repealing all
sections or parts of sections in conflict therewith' .beg. and the
same is hereby., amended by changing the boundaries of the zones
• set forth in said Article IX, Chtpter 2 by adopting a sectional
Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as f o l l oars s
That all of the area, s i tuated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California:., described as follows, to wit.

Lot One of the Joseph Fiscus Subdivision, as shown on
a Map recorded in Book -8, Page 73 of Miscellaneous
• Maps, records of Orange County, California.

Excepting therefrom the following:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Tract No. 3011,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 94, Pages 12 and
13 of Miscellaneous Maps, 'records of Orange County,
California, said Northeast corner being also the South-
west corner of Tract No. 2637, as shown on a Map re-
corded in Book 80, Pages 1 and 2 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of.Orange County, California, thence North
890 592 4611 East along the South line of said Tract
No. 2637, a distance of 1063.85 feet; thence South
00 131 36" East parallel with the East line of said
Tract..No._.3011, a distance of 334.08 feet to the South
line of said Lot One; thence South 89° 55t 46" West
along said South line 1063.85 feet to the -East line of
said Tract No. 3011; thence North 00 131 36" West along
said East line, 335.32 feet to the point of -beginning.
now is RSA, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated.in.0-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon
the following conditions:
1. That the owner of subject property place of record
standard City of Anaheim C-1 Deed Restrictions,
approved by the City Attorney.
2. That the owner of subject property deed to the City
of Anaheim a strip of land 53 feet in width, from
the center line of the street, along Los Angeles
Street, for street widening purposes.
3. That the owner of subject property pay to the City
of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for
street lighting purposes.
4. That sidewalks be installed along Los Angeles
Street as required by the City Engineer.
5. That a 5 -foot masonry wall be constructed along the
west side of subject property, excepting the east-
erly projection of Juanita Street, said wall to be
a condition of the building permit.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, -and the same ---is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is
hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to
the City Zoning Map and inserted in.the Anaheim Municipal Code
showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTICN 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Gazette 9
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall take effect and be in full.force.
