A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
2014-093 FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING,
DELETING AND/OR MODIFYING CERTAIN
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated January 15, 2019, that the need exists to create, delete and/or modify certain classifications
within the designation of Administrative Management, effective the pay period beginning
January 25,2019; and
WHEREAS, such additions, deletions and modifications require an amendment to
Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-093, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that creating,
deleting and/or modifying such classifications to or within the designation of Administrative
Management is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1.
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-093, as amended, be amended
by assigning the following classifications to the salary ranges as follows:
Classification From To
Risk Manager XCR20 XCR19
Community Services XCR17 XCR18
Manager
Parks Manager XCR17 XCR18
2. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-093, as amended, is further
amended by creating the following classification:
Classification Salary Range
Senior Assistant City Attorney - Confidential XCR25
SECTION 2.
Except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2014-093, as amended, shall remain in
full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2014-093, as amended, is
January 25,2019.
SECTION 4.
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 15 day of January , 2019, by the following roll call vote:

Brandman, Moreno, Faessel, and O'Neil
