A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 2014-094 FOR THE PURPOSE
OF CREATING, DELETING AND/OR
MODIFYING CERTAIN CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS MIDDLE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated January 15, 2019, that the need exists to create, delete and/or modify classifications within
the designation of Middle Management, effective the pay period beginning January 25, 2019; and
WHEREAS, such additions require an amendment to Section 1 of Resolution No.
2014-094, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that creating,
deleting and/or modifying such classifications to or within the designation of Middle
Management is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1.
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-094, as amended, is further
amended by creating the following classifications:
Classification Salary Range
Principal Employee Relations Analyst XCR16
Water Field & Operations Superintendent XCR16
2. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-094, as amended, is further
amended by changing the title of the following classification:
From To
Business and Community Programs Community and Sustainability
Manager Programs Manager
SECTION 2.
Except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2014-094, as amended, shall remain in
full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2014-094, as amended, is
January 25, 2019.
SECTION 4.
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 5 day of January , 2019, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Mayor Sidhu and Council Members Kring, Barnes,
Brandman, Moreno, Faessel, and O'Neil
