A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 2014-096 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CREATING, DELETING
AND/OR MODIFYING CERTAIN
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated January 15, 2019, that the need exists to create, delete and/or modify certain
classifications within the designation of Supervisory Management, effective the pay period
beginning January 25,2019; and
WHEREAS, such additions, deletions and modifications require an
amendment to Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-096, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that creating,
deleting and/or modifying such classifications to or within the designation of Supervisory
Management is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1.
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-096, as amended, be
further amended by reallocating the following classifications to the salary ranges as follows:
Classification From To
Community Services Supervisor XCRO6 XCRO8
Utilities Settlements Supervisor XCR13 XCR15
2. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-096, as amended, is further
amended by changing the title of the following classification:
From To
Utilities Compliance Supervisor Utilities Enterprise Risk Supervisor
SECTION 2.
Except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2014-096, as amended, shall
remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2014-096, as
amended, is January 25, 2019.
SECTION 4.
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
