RES-2019-017 RESOLUTION NO. 2019- 017
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEED CONVEYING TO
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OR
INTEREST THEREIN.
WHEREAS, certain deed described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and
incorporated by reference (hereinafter, the "DEED"), has been presented to the City of Anaheim
all as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the grantor, property interest conveyed, and location of the property
described in the DEED are set forth in Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the property described in Exhibit "A" has agreed,
pursuant to an amended purchase and sale agreement with the City of Anaheim, to convey the
property interest set forth in Exhibit "A" to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby find and
determine that it is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept the DEED.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the DEED described in Exhibit"A"be,and it hereby is accepted provided,however,
that nothing herein shall be construed to be an acceptance of any parcel or property into the City
street system(Streets and Highways Code, Section 1806).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be,and she hereby is,authorized
and directed to cause the DEED to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County
of Orange, following the close of escrow per instructions.
