A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM CONSENTING TO A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING
REGARDING THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE WEST
ANAHEIM COMMERCIAL CORRIDORS REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT AND THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT
PREPARED IN CONNECTION THEREWITH
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is proposing to add ten/tory to the
existing Brookhurst Commercial Corridors Redevelopment Project and change said project name to
the West Anaheim Commercial Corridors Redevelopment Project (the "Project"); and
WHEREAS, Sections 33348 and 33360 of the Community Redevelopment Law require
that the Anaheim City Council (the "Council") and the Anaheim Redevelopment and Housing
Commission (the "Commission") must hold a joint public heating on the proposed Redevelopment
Plan for the Project; and
WHEREAS, Section 33349 of the Community Redevelopment Law requires that a notice
of said public hearing be published in a newspaper of general circulation and be mailed to each
property owner, resident, business, and affected taxing agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Anaheim City Council hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The Council hereby consents to a Joint Public Hearing with the Agency
and Commission on the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the West Anaheim Commercial
Corridors Redevelopment Project and the Environmental Impact Report prepared in connection
therewith at the following time and place:

SECTION 2: The City Clerk, in cooperation with the Secretary of the Commission, is
