ate said described property In the C-3, Heavy Commercial, Zono, upon the
following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite
tothe proposed use of the subject property in order to perserve the safety
and general welfare of the Citizens of Anaheim:
1. Erection of a throe foot masonry wall on the northeast side of the trlangu-
