A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TO CONTINUE A
DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS PROGRAM FOR
ALL PROJECTS IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECEIVING UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION FUNDING AND
CONTINUING A DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS
ENTERPRISE PARTICIPATION GOAL OF
10.00%
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has previously adopted a
Disadvantaged Business Program as required by federal law; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has determined to continue
its current Disadvantaged Business Program goal of 10% for the federal fiscal year of October 1,
2003 through September 30, 2004 and for each federal fiscal year thereafter, unless modified or
amended by resolution of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the City of Anaheim shall continue its overall goal for its Disadvantaged Business
Program for the federal fiscal year ending September 30, 2004 at 10.00%. This overall goal shall
continue in full force and effect for each federal fiscal year thereafter until modified or amended
by resolution of the Anaheim City Council.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 16th day of_ ~, 2003.
