A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
2014-092 FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING,
DELETING AND/OR MODIFYING CERTAIN
UNREPRESENTED CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated September 24, 2019, that the need exists to create, delete and/or modify certain
unrepresented classifications within the designation of Executive Management, effective the
pay period beginning October 4,2019; and
WHEREAS, such additions, deletions and modifications require an amendment to
Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-092, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that creating,
deleting and/or modifying such classifications within the designation of Executive
Management is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1.
That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-092, as amended, is hereby further
amended by modifying the following job classification title:
From To
Planning Director Planning and Building Director
SECTION 2.
Except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2014-092, as amended, shall remain in
full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2014-092, as amended, is
October 4,2019.
SECTION 4.
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 24th day of September , 2019, by the following roll call vote:
AYES:Mayor Sidhu and Council Members Kring, Barnes, Brandman,
Moreno, Faessel , and O' Neil
