A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING
CLASSIFICATIONS AND RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS
ASSIGNED TO THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, PART-TIME
UNIT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated September 24, 2019, a change in the compensation structure for certain classifications
assigned to the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, Part-Time Unit, effective the pay
period beginning October 4, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that a
compensation structure change for classifications assigned to the Anaheim Municipal
Employees Association, Part-Time Unit, are in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1.
That effective the pay period beginning October 4, 2019, Appendix A, Wages, and
Article 14, Salary Relationships, of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Anaheim
Municipal Employees Association, Part-Time Unit, and the City of Anaheim, as amended, is
hereby further amended by modifying the following job classification compensation and salary
relationship:
Hourly Salary
Classification Range Steps Salary Relationshin
Park Ranger $15.02 - $17.39 06-09 1.0 x Park Ranger
Senior Park Ranger $17.89 - $21.74 05-09 1.25 x Park Ranger
SECTION 2.
Except as amended herein, classifications assigned to the Anaheim Municipal
Employees Association, Part-Time Unit, shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The effective date of said amendment to classifications assigned to the Anaheim
Municipal Employees Association, Part-Time Unit, as amended, is October 4, 2019.
SECTION 4.
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.

of the City of Anaheim this 24th day of September, 2019, by the following roll call vote:
