A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMEN:blNG RESOLUTION NO. 98R-12 NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, on January 27, 1998, the City Council of the City of Anaheim adopted
Resolution No. 98R-12 which approved a Memorandum of Understanding between the
Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General Unit and the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error the classification of Skilled Crafts
Worker-CC was incorrectly listed on page App. 2-6; Skilled Crafts Worker Trainee was listed
twice on page App. 2-6 of Appendix "A"; and the expiration date of the Memorandum of
Understanding was incorrectly stated in Resolution No. 98R-12; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim to
correct said Resolution No. 98R~12, nunc pro tunc, to reflect the true intent of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
the attached Appendix"A" is corrected nunc pro tunc to include the above-referenced
corrections and is hereby substituted in place and stead of the original Appendix"A" to
Resolution No. 98R-12; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the expiration date of the Memorandum of
Understanding shall reflect October 4, 1996 through September 28, 2000.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that except to the extend amended herein
Resolution No. 98R-12 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim this 19 tb.
