A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS. (Abandonment No. ABA 2003-00077)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby
declare its intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements
pursuant to the Public Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (part 3 of Division
9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to wit,
That certain 8 foot wide public utility easement, as described in
Tract 7566, Lot 76, recorded on May 11, 1972 as Instrument No.
11410 in the Official Records of Orange County, located generally
at 5305 East Rural Ridge Circle, Anaheim, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed
vacation will be heard at a hearing to be held at 5:30 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the
matter may be heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center, at 200
South Anaheim Boulevard, Anaheim, California 92805, on:
