A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS. (Abandonment No. ABA 2003-00081)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheirn does hereby
declare its intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements
pursuant to the Public Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (part 3 of Division
9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to wit,
A portion of that certain public utility water easement, as described
in an Easement Deed recorded on March 5, 1995 as Instrument No.
95-0091490 in the Official Records of Orange County, located
generally at 1095 South Pullman Street, Anaheim, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed
vacation will be heard at a hearing to be held at 5:30 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the
matter may be heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center, at 200
South Anahehn Boulevard., Anaheim, California 92805. on:
