A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. OOR -123 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES
OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated
October 28, 2003, that Resolution No. OOR -123 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth;
and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. OOR -123 which
established rates of compensation for job classifications designated as Administrative
Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that amending Resolution
No. OOR -123 is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. OOR -123 be amended by deleting the following
job classification:
Classification
Assistant City Clerk
Salary Range
X CR10
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution shall be
November 7, 2003.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein, Resolution No.
OOR -123 shall remain in full force and effect.
