A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF IHE CITY OF
ANAHEIM WHICH ESTABLISHES RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSES
ASSIGNED TO THE CLERICAL UNIT REPRESENTED BY THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, the need exists to create the classification of Police
Communications Supervisor; and
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated January 3, 1989 that a new classification be created; and
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has determined that the new
classification be assigned to the Clerical Unit represented by the Anaheim
Municipal Employees Association; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
creation of this classification is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
That, effective January 6, 1989, the basic compensation plan for
all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will
in the future be employed in the classification listed below shall be
allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master as
follows:
CLASSIFICATION SALARY SCHEDULE STEP RANGE
Police Communications Supervisor U1873 A - E
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all provisions of the Memorandum of
Understanding, between the City of Anaheim and the Clerical Unit to the
Anaheim Municipal Employees Association apply to the foregoing classification.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 10th day of January , 1989.
