RES-1989-011RESOLUTION NO. 89R-11
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 2410 AND
DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 72R-440 NULL AND
VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 2410 on
October 3, 1972, by Resolution No. 72R-440; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Variance No. 2410 for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 2410 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. 72R-440 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this l7th day of January, 1989.
