RES-1989-016 RESOLUTION NO. 89R-16
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS. (87-17A)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the following
public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law (Part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to wit;
A portion of Cypress Street, said
portion extending from Evelyn Drive
to a point approximately 152 feet
west of Cullman Street.
as said streets, highways or public service easements are shown on
a map or plan on file in the Officeof the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that ail persons interested
in the proposed vacation will be heard at a hearing to be heard at
1:50 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic
Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard on:
February 28, 1989; 3:00 P.M.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 24th day of January,
1989.
